retailArena 2020 – retailAboveCorona: Retailing in times of crisis, gathered an impressive audience

For two days, retailArena, one of the most important business conferences dedicated to the retail industry, FMCG and eCommerce, brought together over 30 specialists who discussed about the biggest challenges of the industry and how to trade as best as possible during the pandemic.

IC Events platform delivers a digital experience as close as possible to the offline event experience. retailArena 2020 registered 513 participants who attended the business conference and explored the benefits of the virtual platform, 14.976 unique views of the live video stream in the platform, and 14.900 views of the stream on Facebook Live. The 513 registered participants were able to network online, being registered 2.550 business card exchanges and 215 views of the virtual stands present in the Expo Area, which is a record among the virtual events held by InternetCorp.

The retailArena 2020 audience included mainly people holding management positions in the retail industry, FMCG, eCommerce (31%), followed by sales, advertising, customer service and eCommerce managers (22%) and marketing specialists (19%) .
